What you'll do

  • Build, lead and scale Amris's commercial-airline sales organisation, with full ownership of pipeline, forecast accuracy, and ARR growth.
  • Personally close strategic flag-carrier and major-airline accounts, navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying committees (Head of Training, CFO, Director of Operations).
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy: ICP segmentation, regional coverage model, channel partnerships, and pricing/packaging.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate frontline airline feedback into product priorities and integration roadmaps.
  • Build commercial playbooks for EBT, CBTA, and operational-safety value propositions; coach the wider sales team on ICAO/EASA-aligned conversations.
  • Represent Amris at WATS, EATS, APATS, IATA training symposiums and other industry forums.

What you bring

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS or commercial-aviation sales leadership, including 5+ years selling enterprise software or training services to commercial airlines.
  • A network of senior contacts within commercial flight-operations and training departments across at least one major region (EU, Asia, Americas).
  • Demonstrated track record of $5M+ ARR quotas and multiple six- and seven-figure airline deals closed.
  • Deep understanding of pilot training operations, EBT/CBTA frameworks, and airline regulatory environments (EASA, FAA, CAA, GACA).
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving scale-up: hands-on dealmaking now, organisation-building over the next 18–24 months.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional European or Asian languages a strong plus.

Nice to have

  • Prior commercial role at a major flight-training, EFB, or aviation analytics company (CAE, FlightSafety, Loft Dynamics, Wizz, Mint Pilot, Aviassist, OSM Aviation Group).
  • Experience selling alongside or to airline OEMs and MRO partners.
  • ATPL or instructor-rated background that gives instant credibility with airline customers.
