What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan across India, Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and ANZ, prioritising mid-market and enterprise flight schools.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through demo, proposal, contracting and handover to Customer Success.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with Heads of Training, Accountable Managers, and Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructors at regional ATOs.
  • Travel regionally as needed for on-site demos, customer visits, and conferences (APATS, Singapore Airshow, Wings India, China Airshow).
  • Run quarterly pipeline reviews and accurate forecasts in CRM; achieve and exceed quota.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success and Localization to adapt offering and pricing for regional purchasing realities.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years selling SaaS, EdTech, or training services to aviation, defence, or regulated education customers in Asia.
  • Demonstrated ability to close mid-five to mid-six-figure annual contracts independently across multiple Asian markets.
  • Strong familiarity with regional civil-aviation authorities (DGCA India, CAAC, CAAS Singapore, JCAB Japan, CAAV Vietnam, etc.) and their ATO frameworks.
  • Fluent English; an additional Asian language (Mandarin, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa) is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable with the autonomy of a remote, geographically distributed team across multiple time zones.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships at major Asian ATO groups and flight academies (Indigo, IndiGo Cadet, Air India, CAE Asia, FTEJerez Asia, Singapore Flying College, Bristow, ST Aerospace).
  • Prior CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Background as an instructor, pilot, or training-department employee within an ATO or regional airline.
