What you'll do

  • Build and execute a regional sales plan covering EASA-approved ATOs, university aviation programmes, and integrated flight schools.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through demo, proposal, contracting and handover to Customer Success.
  • Develop trusted-advisor relationships with Heads of Training, Accountable Managers, and Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructors.
  • Run quarterly pipeline reviews and accurate forecasts in CRM; achieve and exceed quota.
  • Represent Amris at European industry events (EATS, EBAA, university aviation career fairs).

What you bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years selling SaaS, EdTech, or training services to aviation, defence, or regulated education customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to close mid-five to mid-six-figure annual contracts independently.
  • Strong familiarity with EASA Part-FCL and the European ATO regulatory landscape.
  • Native or fluent English; an additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable with the autonomy of a remote, geographically distributed team.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships at major EU ATO groups (CAE, L3Harris, Skyborne, EPST, BAA Training, etc.).
  • Prior CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Background as an instructor, pilot, or training-department employee within an ATO.
